I believe a standard Rocky is 3 kgs lighter than a stadard Storm. As mentioned, you can reduce the Storm by approx 3 kgs, I guess you can do the same to the Rocky.

My opinion is you should stay in cadets as long as you can (weight allows). The skill and technique required in cadets (SMOOTHNESS) will help in the future. A 12 years old will enjoy being at the front of the cadets rather than at the back of the minimax, kf3 etc.

Richydehav normally posts with a lot of sense. I wonder what he thinks.
