Dear NJB.

Thank you for my appraisal. I am particulraly intrigued to hear all your advice on arrogance; you clearly know a HUGE amount about it and are not afraid to let us ALL see YOUR high regard for your OWN 'skills' in that area! It's clearly ANOTHER matter in which you can teach me a lot! I find that only SLIGHTLY peculiar when you condemn ME for arrogance (which I ADMIT/PROCLAIM!) .... Ah well; I sit at the feet of a MASTER!

However, if I could assist you with YOUR 360 degree appraisal, then perhaps I should start with your ability to READ or to COMPREHEND what you have read! You appear to have managed the CLASSIC, that of reading what you EXPECTED to read, rather than what was ACTUALLY written.

Please go and CHECK what I wrote and you'll notice that there is not ONE item of censure about what HE wrote. or about HIS abilities... rather, it was about the LAZY, so called 'EXPERTS', who fail to distinguish ANY differnces in the uuse of the word 'GRIP'!

Did you imagine that I thought ROGER had INVENTED that error ALL ON HIS OWN or wouldn't it have been MORE likely that he had heard OTHERS make that error?

I'll leave that concept with you; perhaps you'd like to give it some thought......

I thought not! Clearly, you have nothing left to learn! Or at least you THINK you don't!

For precision, and as a counterpoint, I would be DELIGHTED to hear and LEARN from YOUR knowledge, if you'd be so kind!
