Yes the evolution of chassis mid homologation is not in the spirit of the rules. But what would you do as a manufacturer? I suggest, you'd develope your chassis to the full extent of the rules making it as quick as possible.

Safety is another reason to develope the chassis mid way through the period.

I wonder how long it will be before tony kart bring out an evolution to their brake system.
