the floor trays are usually pretty flexy. I dont think they are that expensive rus so its up to you but you can make one if you like. people have used all sorts of materials. A stiffer material probs isnt the way forward with that kart as its pretty stiff at the front already. Try it though, as long as its the same shape as the old one its fine. Might make the front end a little more pointy (too pointy in the JKH's case) with a stiffer floor tray???
