Or were you looking for names and manufacurers?

In which case I think the most common (only?)watercooled 100cc kart engine is the Formula Blue engine, the IAME Lynx. (see planetkarting.co.uk)

KF1, KF2 and rotaxes are all 125cc

TKM 100s are aircooled, TKM extremes are 115cc aircooledand TKM 4strokes are 200cc water cooled

Otherwise you are into non-karting engines (industrials and motorbikes).
