Ring Ron Shone at Tabor. 01305 774074. I had this problem and I cannot remember whether it was a new backplate or a repair to the backplate (Cables).

(At the time, at a meeting I had to fit a new backplate, but I think it was sent away to have the new wire bundle epoxied in)
