I suspect the outcome of the driver's race/meeting (and subsequent points tally) is to be found during the conversation with the CofC following the said Black Flag!

Best not to ever see your number beside a Black Flag! Certainly not at Dunkeswell anyway, Howie's been trying hard to give up smoking for a few months and... (teeheeeee!)
