The vortex I used to have, didnt have this carb but accepted the same walbro style that tkm use. If you take pic of the carb inlet we can see whats going on.

The engine is clutched which means it needs an external portable starter that you stick through a hole in side pod. At the end of the starter shaft ( a bit like a socket set) a socket fits over the nut at the clutch end. The starter will have its own battery. This is not a self start engine or a push start engine.

If you need a bit more help ( which im guessing you do) then keep asking questions, it sounds like you have a few more purchases to go beforte you get this engine running.
