My "Arrow" days were about 27 years ago, but I seem to recall 1 & 1 1/2 being somewhere close, but Tillotson carbs do vary in their settings so always err on the rich side to begin with and if its four stroking (running rough and not accelerating when half way down the straigts) just turn it in 1/8th at a time until it runs clean.
In spite of Itpro's rose tinted specs, don't expect to go flying past any TKM Extremes, they are a remarkable piston ported engine!
