sat is forcast dry so I would gear it with 12 front and 88-90 rear depending on your weight. As you are new to the track an 89 would be a good starting point.

Seat stays yes ...two per side if you can.
1380 ish rear and 15-20mm front spacers but that depends on wheel/hub type.

torsion bars out. sl6's start at 10-12psi cold
