I have had both of these units at some point in karting and found that the alfano just the basic unit was really good when starting out but then swapped to mychron like everyone else in my team but now when im on my own I cant fully utilise the mychron because of the downloading etc which is a bit of a pain when testing on my own.

Has anyone tried alfano pro is more simple to use download wise than the mychron system and is it honestly anymore beneficial to use downloading when you only race two circuits month in month out
