But where do you draw the line? Why not do away with scrutineering altogether, if everthing thats checked is liable to appeal. Are the officials tools accurate, has he guarded the 24/7 since the last meeting...they may have been tapered with....have the scales been sabotaged overnight, was there no armed guard on them!!
Yes my tyres are an illegal compound, but someone switched them with me noticing!!! etc etc

As I said before, the Christo type cheap is a very rare breed indeed.
