them and if you are wrong you would collect the expenses bill, some of these been into the thousands!

Hers' the bad news, you can add additives and not be above any MSA limit! Obviously adding additives is totally against MSA regs, but you wouldn't prove it unless it goes above an MSA limit or you could prove what was in there to start with!

The contents of additives are already in fuel, it's the quantities that vary and unless it goes above MON/RON or Octane levels the MSA regs don't prescribe maximums for anything else!
