Hi Barry,

I wouldn't worry to much about the pop off pressures. The carb should pop off at say 10-12 psi and drop back and hold at 6-8 psi. If it doesn't hold at the 6-8 psi then you are going to have problems but if it pops off and then holds then the carb should be fine.

At the moment you just need a reliable kart, you will find a lot more performance by bum in seat time then by messing around with carbs.
