Hi Devon Hawker,

Yes, the rule of "adding up to 2" is a good starting point, but you will find slight adjustments may be needed according to weather conditions and from one engine to another.

When it all becomes more familiar, it's well worth the time and effort to teach your driver how to make adjustments on the move: it really pays off in the end.
