The ABKC newsletters are available online for anyone who wants to read them and are also sent to all member clubs and are posted on their notice boards. Do they really need to make even more effort to get drivers/parents to read them? You mention that clubs have to attend the AGM in order to vote - are you trying to imply that S1 and BKIA can vote without attending? Half of affiliate clubs do not arrange a representative to reflect their members views and no requirement for clubs to consult their members - this is down to clubs, not the ABKC and most clubs struggle to get their members to attend their own AGMs. In truth, most drivers/parents just want to turn up and race and leave the running of the club to the committee.
