Did this happen at some point during the rolling up lap or just as the flag went to start the race? During the rolling lap it is down to the drivers to get into their correct position so where did the 5th pace man go - he should have kept an arm up to signal that his spot was taken.
It would probably not show up on the timing system if the driver crossed the line in 4th or 5th place.
