Just finished my first minimax build for my son. 2014 engine on a tony 401 chassis. Bought a good used new style clutch drum as engine had new style clutch but no drum. There was an o ring already on the shaft and so I slid on the drum which has a 13 tooth sprocket with a new needle bearing but then came across the problem....

The washer and nut that were on the shaft are the same diameter as the needle bearing and the drum just slides over them. I have had to put on a larger washer instead and torqued nut to 30 as manual but there is very slight inward/outward play on the drum. Is that normal?
