nah mate, its not best as standard, I disagree...... I am not feeding off the Fusion and ZIP BS, the set-up direction of our kart was helped and advised by Global Karting, who in my opinion know more about the Synergy than Fusion do, the set-up advice I received from Fusion was just plain laughable and wrong, and I'm sorry but removing castor is necessary on the 2016 Synergy, its fundamentally got too much grip in the dry from being developed for a very small driver, consider my lad is over 5ft tall, therefore it hurts us more.
My son is 1:1 driver tutored by Connor Mills who I personally employ on test and race days just for our personal use, which if you didnt know he knows a thing of two about driving cadet and senior karts on the correct lines when he stood at the top of the podium many times from 2008-2011 in cadets and mini-max when he won the S1 championship, so rest assured we are very much on the correct lines! we go-pro my lad to hell and back on test days.
Honestly I'm chuffed to bits with the arrival of the new harder tyre, it suits us a treat!
Yes I heard they moved the bars about on the rear of the 2017 Synergy, it appears this would make it softer, but what do I know!.....the person I spoke to who was running one was not happy with it, and was about to test a 2017 ZIP.....
