It isn't safe. There was a sickening accident in Extreme there last year where someone got it wrong, was knocked out of his kart when hit hard by the following kart and then lead on the concrete 'run-off' (aka the racing line) as others took desperate evasive action. I almost wrote to the track to bring my concerns to their attention but, with typical driver apathy, did nothing in the end. It is easily the most dangerous corner I've seen on my travels. Any accident there demands an instant red flag although this is a corner that really needs a white line re-instating and proper policing.
