Yes. No problem . Clean and degrease the affected area well and roughen with rough sandpaper. Dont skimp on the size of kit. Mix resin and hardener as per instructions and apply a liberal coat to the seat with a throwaway paint brush. Then 2 layers of fibreglass mat over the damage and soak well with resin. Sets quickly, 15 mins, but gets stronger with time. Clean hands etc.in hot powdered detergent.
