Track time at IKR isn't that great, at Clay last meeting in January we only got 2 practices, two heats and a Final. All for forty quid. And on a set of tyres that has to last FIVE meetings not two.
Oh, wait......if I keep sounding off about how great the value is all the tw*ts that caused us to have floppy bumpers, judicial hearings, poor value for money, will just transfer over and we're back where we started! With the possible exception that Ian and Lee are big enough blokes just to kick trouble makers out and we can carry on with our fun.
Just one question though Alan:
"Who wants to tip toe around a track like Rudolph Nureyev dancing on ball bearings?"
What did you do in the heady days before nose cones at all that everyone tells me were so good? Surely you took care not to hurt your feet? (I'm being serious here, is there much difference between protecting your toes and protecting your bumper?)
