Tony Kart Viper (similar/same as most Tonys) Back of old style bumper to front chassis rail 7.5 cms. Movement back of new bumper mount appears to be 3 to 3.25 cms. So 4 cms safety zone appears OK. Interesting though.

You keep on reading those regulations for us. Another unsuspecting trip up while racing.
