It's not a bad idea in principle, and having just left Honda, carrying on with a bulletproof 4/ appealed to me too.
The main issue I can see is that at the age of 12-13 when most kids move up from cadets, you already have a choice of Minimax, JTKM and JX30 (if old/strong enough).
With numbers dwindling already in a lot of areas, do we really want another alternative?
That said, are numbers dwindling because of the big jump in cost and complexity going from cadet to junior? Are a lot of Honda drivers simply giving up because they cant't be bothered or can't afford it any more?
I know of a good few that fall into that category...
