Thanks so much this is good stuff. I'm pretty convinced then the main thing is as you all say that he needs to get used to the slicks again. I will try adding spacers to widen track on the front. The steering wheel is a good size all ready (a flat topped Mychron). Also cleaned all the collected rubber off the slicks. On further questioning today, it sound like more lack of grip that he is suffering rather than stiff
