I have a 30bhp kart that wouldn't slow down reassuringly or progressively on it's factory brake setup. I fitted a Magura 908.1 4 pad/piston caliper that I absolutely love the pedal feel/retardation but the edges crumble off the pads and they're Ł30 a pad i.e. Ł120 a set :-( Can anybody recommend anything similarly capable but cheaper to run ?
