For 2015 we are looking for an experienced driver to join our team for the fastest kart endurance championship, the OEKC Endurance Championship. It is a 9 race championship with a race every month from March to October. We are currently a 3 man team but for 2015 we want to expand to a 4 man team. We are run by the championship winning team GMS Motorsport and the current 3 drivers are all experienced karters. The team do all the pre-race and at track maintenance. We run a Rotax Max on an X30 (Gillard) chassis
Who are we looking for?
An experienced karter (over 16) with a proven competitive history
Ideally weigh between 68kg & 80kg
Be able to compete in the majority of the 9 races - races are held at Rye House, Lydd, Bayford Meadows, Whilton Mill, Fulbeck & Daytona Milton Keynes. Please look at www.oekc.co.uk for race dates
Be fit and resilient - you will be required to drive for over an hour in 1 stint at each race which is a lot more strenuous than a sprint race
