Thanks for the responses folks, Hyundai are getting my gennie collected tomorrow for a parts only warranty repair. (and service)
We run from our Iveco Daily van, so we need power for lights, toaster, fridge and telly as well as sparking up the compressor.
Only use a heat gun when I feel like scalding my firnger-tips applying new stickers, but I did do that on the 11th of this month at Rowrah. (Where we often get mains electricity anyway)
See how the HY3000 goes when I get it back, but might go for a new Kipor.
