WHOA !!!! Blame the Organising Club/s ??

Drivers when they take out an MSA licence contract themselves to accept the MSA rule book and all its regulations/penalties etc.
On a race day the MSA, from drivers briefing to 1/2 an hour after the meeting are in control of the meeting not the "ORGANISING CLIUB" the clue is in the title..
N.B. Make sure you all now have the required Fire Extinguishers with you !! nudge nudge, an MSA officials recent paddock impromtu walk about revealed nearly half the drivers either didn't have one,couldn't find it, where the wrong type for petrol or out of test date and 2 where even found to be empty!!,and smoking/cooking breakfast in an awning when a mechanic is fuelling up is not really advised either.
Also "I have raced here before" is no exemption from not attending drivers briefings, THEY will FINE you .
Give them your money if you wish don't say you were not warned
