Having persuaded my son to give JTKM at Kim another try after problems earlier this year with contact, we were disappointed that it happened again and again with no action. To add insult to injury, we received a warning flag for lines, which subsequently resulted in an exclusion. There seems to be a preference to take action on lesser, but more easily observed issues, rather than dealing with the contact issue. Afraid we won't be back this time.
