The weather was as bad as we have experienced for a long time.... Difficult for the drivers as much depended on the type of wets you had (or slicks) as the conditions changed the track minute by minute.... And the camera crew took a bettering in the gusting wind, all struggling to hold the cameras steady, as did the equipment in the earlier rain and high winds (one camera destroyed and another static camera ended up drowned in a massive puddle....in the bin and replaced since). The footage wasn't the best as a result of the conditions, and the racing suffered as well, but we were lucky to get the meeting finished which was really down to the commitment of the marshals and HKRC guys and gals in clearing the flooding. Better weather ordered for next year already, so should be okay in 2015.
