If you put the faster class at the front and the second (slower) class just behind (say 10 kart lengths) - pole man of the second group responsible for keeping the gap.
That way if there is a false start then both can re-group but otherwise the faster group has to make up virtually a complete lap before there is an issue.
Why is there confusion about the blue flags? Surely that should all be explained at driver briefing!
