We always found the Frixa pads best for OTK
there are a number of options the CA18's are the soft pads ideal for wet conditions or minimax( light weight)There are also medium and hard options.The Frixa pads gave the best 'feel'.
once any pad is a 1/3 worn down they need changing but you should get 4 or 5 race weekends out of a set of pads.
