Hi
Has anybody got good advice on custom seat construction? I use an oversized Tillet seat to give extra chest width for a solid carbon/padded rib protector, but that means my 4rse slides around and gives me friction burns :-( I was considering either the 2 part polyurethane rigid foams sold by Demon Tweeks etc or using standard building expansion foam and laying GRP over it. Any advice from people who've gone down the custom seat route would be great :-D
