The blue (fireproof) sticker is Ok for both karts and cars.
The yellow (not fireproof) is only valid for kart racing.
The stickers inside the helmet will confirm which standard the helmet conforms to and are the ones the scruitineer will check.
Your blue book will give you guidance.
