This Saturday I was just setting up for the usual flat out over the kerbs in the Hooton Park chicane when I noticed someone was pushing their kart back to the dummy grid on the racing line at the chicane exit. I try not to use rude words online, but sometimes I think the selfish thing runs deeper than just being inconsiderate. Amazingly stupid and dangerous, especially considering so many novices tend to brake and go off when they notice something out of the ordinary ahead of them. Could easily have been collected by a kart flying through the chicane backwards if an inexperienced driver braked on the kerbs.
