The question should be why are you letting him get away with such dangerous logic? It's a practice day (I'm assuming that a Saturday test day isn't a race) and that sort of behaviour should be totally unacceptable. he has no right to a clear track and as for 'dropping the next Rotax driver", that sounds perilously close to racing, not practicing.
I know we all do it, using a rival for speed comparison or practicing race moves, but deliberate dodgy moves on a practice day without warning on a driver in a different class, just because it might ruin his lap time, should be out of the question.
