Ah well, if we are ignoring the rules, then the obvious answer is two engines, each driving a rear wheel with a fly-by-wire throttle that integrated steering angle to provide the right revs at each wheel and a split rear axle with a brake per halfshaft.No need for overrun hubs!

Logically we would look at twin Gazelles (similar to Blues and X30's to retain a similar capacity or if we wanted to go really exotic, an Aixro powering a hydraulic pump with 4 wheel drive. I thought about a mini turbine driving an alternator and 3 electrics, but the thought of consuming 15 litres of fuel in a 10 minute race....or the 12000 litres of fuel needed for 100 karters at a race weekend.

Mind you, that would be an opportunity to enforce controlled fuel from the tanker at every meeting, it'll probably be mandatory by the middle of the year!
