Same except for barrel/head seperate on W 60, S head and barrel are one also shorter plug. . Bore and piston sizes A,B,C,D quick tune up is fit W60 exhaust stub and pipe,leave Tilly carb on if you are on a budget get a carb flange and latest airbox (Blue)instead of the little black round one on the S get When W first came out they used S cases and Flywheels first 100 manged to buy a conversion kit for top end.
