Evening all.
Most of you probably do not know but the AGM of the ABkC was today and there is amongst ALL the clubs a huge appetite for change which obviously is supported by nature through the ABkC.
We enter some unchartered territory in the UK for karting which needs the active input of all of you that share the passion for our sport to be recognised as more than a stepping stone into cars.
You all have a voice, please let your clubs know how you feel we can move forward for the benefit of karting as a whole, seems that less then 1/2% of the karting world in the UK compete in MSA racing but there is a desire to have a well contained, rule driven sport?
There were some very good ideas today, perhaps we can find a way for those minutes to be published on here and the other sites and for all of you to come forward with ideas, some will be good and might work, some may not, but its your sport and at times you may feel your opinion is not valid, it is!
So please forward your ideas through your clubs or email me and I will ensure that everything is looked at, however whacky the idea!!
