Hear hear !
Fast, close racing is great to watch and the kids thoroughly enjoy it. Occasional contact occurs - this is a 'racing incident' and will occur, especially at this young age and relative inexperience. Pushing another kart wide on a straight is not. Loading a kart from behind on a corner is not.

The bodywork and bumpers are there to minimise the outcome of racing incidents and are an important safety factor. They are not there to encourage dangerous driving.
