For as long as Ive been in karting the C Plate has been held at Llandow, one of my fav well run circuits btw, and been known as the plate designating the Welsh champion. Celtic champion does not make sense to me..... That represents a language culture inc. irish and Scots...... Not a single nation, and they already have their own national titles. We've always recognised them as "Cymru" national open champions, hence why we have always referred to them that way. The fact he mentioned GYG as the venue was a mistake on his part.... Perhaps assuming it was held there as it's in Wales. Not the first or last mistake he will make.... But he usually prepares pretty well being new to this. Overall, I like the different view he brings and has improved the commentary side of it as far as I am concerned. Much better then just me.
