You could also scrap the national series and have the championship based on club championships with the winners or top 2/3 from each club going into a final. Perhaps have a system where you nominate 1 or 2 club championships at the start of the year as being your championship entries.
Could also base it on say the 0 plate , kartmasters, and perhaps some others such as Midland champs, welsh cup etc.
Could also keep costs down by having to register two chassis and two ot three engines for the seaqson with penalties if you use more.
