Hi Adrian had little to do last night so dug out ‘our’ old record books. In 2010, last junior year, in the dry, out of 16 race meetings we used the cut down ‘N’ the most, 75%. Twice at Rissy we used both soft axles due to the high track temps. The standard axle was used in low grip and in the wet. Once we fitted a borrowed ‘H’ at a very wet PFi along with max caster, max front width and a Gold front bar. So ‘our’ favourite was the 1000mm N. Hope this helps. P.S. we also found OTK supplied axles always performed better than the pattern ones. Proved it several times in back to back tests. We also considered the axle more of an anti-roll bar than an axle.......Happy Karting !!
