We was at a big race. 2 of the championship contenders crashed with a few more. No one was injured. But 1 lad sat in his kart on the racing line. The pack came round again under yellow. Then the race was red fagged. The coc started to line up all the drivers up for the restart. A few dads pointed out that was incorrect saying any kart not running should not be allowed to restart. The race was about 30% into the race. The coc then decided to call the race finish and to go back a lap. Placing the crashed drivers. In the rules he could do that as its over 25% run but common sense again did not happen.
