HELP, we put a 13 front sprocket on the other day, plastic liner inside, and every time we tightened up the nut it gripped so tight you could hardly turn the clutch. Tried it both with and without the rubber washer and it made no difference. Had to go back to the 12 sprocket.

What are we doing wrong? Paul Rotax, you will know.
