Firstly I am not connected to this track or any of the people in any way, these are just my thoughts.
So we booked my sons arks test for last Tuesday at Rye house, we turned up at 9.30 for his test at 12. It was his first time on a new chassis and it was slippy, so to be fair he was struggling, so Steve Cuttings who was doing the arks test told us he would change his test from 12 until 3pm, to give him the most track time possible so he had the best chance of passing. So the written test, he's just 8, and struggles with his reading, the patients shown and the way he explained the questions was excellent, and he got there and passed his written part. So back to the driving bit, back on a now slippy Rye house circuit, Steve had a chat with him and told him what to do and off he went, and to be fair he drove well, he then pulled him in for some pointers and out again, and quicker again, and the same continued. So we passed, had some great tuition. So if like me you are thinking were to take your arks maybe Rye house are worth a call, because the service we received was excellent, and because of this he will line up in his first race at Rissington on Sunday.
So Rye house thank you.
