rolling starts at Le Mans etc are based on grids arranged by qualifying times - not the typical kart heat where you are drawn a position so more potential for carnage from different abilities.

I don't mind either, although they do need to crack down on those drivers who like to jump though the middle and cross the start line ahead of their grid position - surely that can't be too hard to spot you'd think
