I am also a scam victim of Tommy Baxter aka Robin Butler lately of Croydon.
He was due in Croydon Mag Court 29th August 2012 charged with 4 offences (including mine) and asking for 10 other offences to be considered ~ how reasonable of him?. Havnet managed to hear the result of this appearance but am expecting it to be referred to Croydon Crown Court and a custodial sentence of 18 weeks to be made.
Have tried getting my moeny back by using the Ministry of Justice on line site to serve papers. They have been returned twice from the Brighton Rd address and I am attempting to get his current address from the police, but they are hiding behind the Data Protectin Act would you believe!!!
I'll post the date of the Crown Court hearing when known ~ it may be sociable to visit Baxter/Butler in person at that time and serve papers etc.
