I have been had by this guy. I contacted the police and cited this site and the postings on here as evidence. They (the police) class this as hearsay if it didn't actually happen to you. They will only take evidence directly from the people being scammed.

I was advised to post what Tommy is doing on every forum I had access to in order to limit where he can operate.

My case is on going. Good luck with yours.
